Returns & Exchange Policy

Trilogy Clothing Limassol – S.T.V.S LTD

We hope you love every piece you purchase from Trilogy Clothing Limassol. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and store credit.


1. Eligibility for Return

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of the first delivery attempt for:

  • A product exchange

  • A store credit voucher

  • A refund

Please Note:

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” in the product description (such as seasonal or discounted items) are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • All returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with the security tag intact, and in their original packaging.


2. Returns Not Meeting Policy

Returns that do not comply with the guidelines above or are unauthorized may be refused and shipped back to the original delivery address. Trilogy Clothing reserves the right to inspect all returned items and deny any that are not in resellable condition.


3. Product Exchange

We offer size exchanges or exchanges for a different item (subject to availability). If your preferred size or product is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or refund.


4. Store Credit

Returns can be exchanged for a store credit voucher, which can be used toward a future purchase on our website. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original bank account or payment method used for the order, once the returned item(s) are received and approved.

  • Please allow 8–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued only for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.


6. Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For returns sent from outside the European Union, all customs duties, taxes, and additional fees will also be at the customer’s expense.
